In the late 1990s, OCON became the leading Jewelry Contracting and manufacturing company in South Florida.

 

Today, her son Chuck O’Connell and his wife Elza O’Connell proudly uphold this rich legacy, blending his mother’s exceptional expertise with the love and care she infused into every exquisite piece that graced her hands. With over 30 years of experience, they lead with an enduring passion, ensuring that each creation and restoration emerges as a true masterpiece. In the early 2000s, as the largest jewelry repair service center in the Southeastern United States under one of our parent companies, RSS, took immense pride in providing centralized jewelry repair and warranty services to some of the most prominent national retailers, including Zales, Gordons, Macy’s, JCPenney, Bloomingdale’s, Belk, Foley's, Mayors, Littman Jewelers, NEW, DiamondClub.com, and a selection of distinguished designer stores.
